Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Solo Cards. If you are ordering online through our secure site we also accept PAYPAL.

Cheques and Postal Orders should be in sterling made payable to Lenway Ltd and sent to the above Vogue Gifts address. All cheques must have the cheque card guarantee number written on the back. Payment must be received and the cheques cleared before any goods are dispatched.

Availability

Vogue Gifts hopes to keep its web site as up to date as possible. However occasionally an item may be listed that is out of stock. Should we be unable to supply any product you have ordered you will not be charged for it and we will either refund or re-credit your account with the relevant amount of money debited by us, or send an alternative item if preferred.

Once you have placed an order with us you will receive an email containing the details of your order, but because we cannot guarantee the availability of any item listed, this email should not be considered acceptance of your order.

No contract will exist between the customer and Vogue Gifts until the goods are dispatched at which time the contract will be accepted and completed.

Should we not accept your order it will be because either the item is unavailable or we have not been able to receive authorisation for payment.

All purchases must be paid for prior to dispatch.

We will do our best to deliver the goods to you in the time stated but we cannot be held liable for any losses incurred by the late delivery.
If you do not receive your order within the delivery time we have stated please contact us and we will chase the delivery to ensure you receive it as soon as possible, or if you prefer to cancel we will refund any money you have paid for those goods in question.

Ownership of the goods will pass to the customer once the payment has been received and the goods dispatched.
