There is only one delivery charge per order. This charge is automatically calculated according to the total value of the purchases, it does not matter how many items you order. Deliveries are to UK mainland addresses only.

If we do not have part of your order in stock and you wish us to send it at a later date this may be deemed to be a separate order and carriage charged accordingly.
Delivery Method
We usually use Royal mail or a secure courier service for delivery of our goods. Please note we only deliver to UK mainland addresses and a signature will be required on delivery.
Cancellation
In accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, all customers have the right to cancel any order within 7 days of the date the order is placed or within 7 days of the date that the goods are received (whichever is the later).
Vogue Gifts is not responsible for the collection of any goods, it is the customers responsibility to arrange for the return of the goods and to pay any carriage costs.
If you wish to cancel an order after the goods have been despatched but before it has been received then you will be liable for the initial postal charge.
Any customer who wishes to cancel an order should notify us as soon as possible using the contact details set out below. Where goods have been despatched, all products should be returned unused and in their original packaging together with customer contact details. We will credit the purchase price of the cancelled goods once we have received and checked them.
Returns Policy
We at Vogue Gifts wish you to be totally happy with your purchases. With this in mind if within 7 days of the receipt of the goods you are unhappy with them and wish to return them to us, please contact us using the contact details below. We will then issue you with a returns number. Please send the goods together with this number to the returns address set out below. We recommend returns are sent by recorded delivery as we are not liable for any items lost in the post. Unfortunately we will not accept returns if the product has been personalised or customised in any way. All returns should be unused and in their original packaging. It is the customers’ responsibility to pay any carriage costs.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty item from ourselves, to enable us to arrange a replacement or a refund, please contact us using the contact details set out below within 3 working days of your receipt of goods. We will then issue you with a returns number. Please send the goods together with this number to the returns address set out below. Returns should be sent by recorded delivery as we are not liable for any items lost in the post.
Shortages or goods damaged in transit
Goods received by the courier in a damaged or unsatisfactory manner should be signed for as such. On receipt of the goods they should be checked against the delivery note and any shortages or discrepancies must be notified to us in writing within 3 working days otherwise no liability can be accepted. The packaging and contents should be retained for inspection if required.

Failed Deliveries
All deliveries whether charged for or free of charge are only sent to a designated address once. We reserve the right to charge any future delivery costs should the goods be returned to us due to a failed delivery.
